I recently read the book by George Ourella 1984 and impressed the Half-Life 2 impressed. There were a lot of similarities with the book in the game, the developers were clearly inspired by this novel.

Further, we are enough and we see how they beat and torture people and immediately there is a parallel with the Ministry of Love and the Police of Thoughts. Further, our GG enters the residential building where citizens are detained and the pursuit of Gordon is further leading.

Soon, according to the plot, we see how citizens are bombed with bombs, the party also made in “1984”.Next, we find ourselves in a city that was completely bombed and everyone became zombies.

Then Gordon, in a place with resistance (by the way, there was no resistance in the book), the prison is a nova prospect that is an almost direct parallel per min.love, here, like there, they try and torment people, they also redirect people to their side with the help of torture and implants.

Then Gordon got into the citadel, where the main person of all Rossy, Woles Brin sits. Direct parallel to the citadel is a pyramid min.Truth in the novel 1984.It is also the most important and non -criminal building in the city. It is the brain of the whole city.

The game has several more parallels on the novel, but these parallels are not so important.
